Requesting Your Lookup

Here are a few things to know about receiving your results.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING!

• All request must have a call number and a full name.

• Requests must be mailed to our physical address (posted on the form).

• If you do not have regular Internet access we can mail your results if you include a self addressed, stamped envelope.

• Results are typically emailed within 3 days). 

• Lookups are processed in order that that are received.

• Lookups are not processed during holidays, special events, or November - January (we spend this time with our living relatives).

• Requests received during down time are processed in the order they are received when we resume processing.

• Though lookups are free to you, Kindred Roots pays for all fees incurred.  We receive no funding whatsoever.  We are also ad & pop-up free.
